I had my own father in mind when I made this set, he needs to go to the gym! Old people need to get their bodies fit, to continuously urge their cells to regenerate. So yeah, the gym bottle was a no-brainer. I highly recomment that army knife waist bag, to encourage trekking & other outdoor activities. If the man is a homebody, he can use the waist bag for his tools when working in the garage instead. :)
