Cape Panwa Hotel, Phuket’s first luxury hotel, recently unveiled its newly completed lobby featuring bold colours, playful textures and nods to the building’s rich history. Recently awarded with various accolades, the Cape Panwa Hotel now boasts a luxurious presidential suite, a glamorous new lobby and 205 refreshed guest rooms, just in time for another successful hosting of Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket Raceweek.

The newly renovated hotel is a beautiful showcase of how globally inspired design can elegantly marry Thai sensibility. Raising the bar for Phuket hospitality, Kasemkij Hotel’s interior designers created a warm and graceful new backdrop to ensure an unrivalled guest experience focused on comfort and style. As guests enter the Cape Panwa Hotel, they are greeted by pops of colour, whimsical patterns and rich textures. The vibrant ocean-themed art at the front desk features a display of over one hundred fishes wrapped in natural rope, a reflection to the building’s origins and the Cape Hotel Collection’s two-fish emblem. Beyond the beautiful display above the front desk, guests are treated to a harmonising aesthetic of different shades of blue, while earth tones mixed with exotic woods and comfortable seating combine to create a vibrant experience for lounging or casual meetings.

“The renovation first began with a guest room refresh and we’re thrilled that the full makeover is now complete,” said Poomiphat Navanukroh, Travel Industry Group Director, Kasemkij Hotels. “The new look creates a fresh ambiance that combines comfort and style, and allows us to introduce great new features like communal lobby seating and a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.”

Having hosted various celebrities and dignitaries, this legendary hotel offers one of Phuket’s most beautiful private beaches perfect for year round swimming, a world-class spa with internationally trained therapists, an elegant selection of sea-facing suites and pool villas equipped with luxury amenities, two swimming pools, a fitness centre, water sports and meeting facilities. Guests can choose from ten dining and bar options including Thai, Italian, continental and seafood.
