Growing one-of-a-kind Lending organization is seeking a Senior PHP Developer to help build a system from the ground up in Suwanee, GA! This is an excellent opportunity to put your mark on something substantial.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with operations, underwriting and staff to create custom software solutions
Develop new applications and providing enhancements to existing systems
Coordinate software development efforts with external software development team members
Business process re-engineering (automating and/or simplifying existing processes)
Write scope/requirements definitions for the creation of software applications
Test and deploy custom software solutions
Develop PHP based web applications
Design and creation of relational database schemas using MS SQL Server
Application/Framework design as needed
To be successful; you should possess most of the following:
5-7 years of progressive professional experience in the software development field
Strong OOP/PHP development experience
Experience developing database tables and efficient queries
Experience with XML, JSON data models
Experience with Git version control system
Bachelor's degree in Information systems or Computer Science
Ability to work in Agile/SCRUM environment
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with web development technologies - JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery,
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012
