Technical Lead/Software Developer
Technical Lead/Software Developer, (LAMP Stack) who is looking to remain technical whilst also having more of a leadership and management position. You can be hands-on or hands-off in this role to suit your particular career direction, the choice is yours.

You will be an accomplished software developer with LAMP expertise (HTTP, JSON, XML, AJAX and JavaScript). Ideally, you will have previously mentored more junior people on a team, however, our client is willing to provide full management and leadership training if required.
Reporting to board level with excellent communication skills, you will have leadership responsibility for a team of 4 technical analysts/junior product managers to start with, before the team grows further.
Further career advancement in the near future to become Department Head, overseeing the growth towards a team of 10.
Key responsibilities include:-
Working collaboratively with a variety of departments
Developing and leading team members
Recruiting new members on to the team with your manager
Requirements gathering and analysis
Recommending technical solutions and product development
Liaising with external development resource
Contributing to architecture, system functionality and code
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay: 43,000 to 55,000 GBP (British Pound)
