2. Duplicate the background layer. Name this layer as Duplicate 1.

3. Go to: Filter > Artistic > Colored pencil and then make the following changes:
4. Then, go to: Filter > Artistic > Rough Pastels and then make the following changes:
5. Now, go to: Filter > Blur >Motion Blur and then make the following changes:
6. Change its Blend Mode from Normal to Screen.
7. Now duplicate the original background layer once more and ensure that it is on top of Duplicate 1 in the Layer Panel.
Name this new layer as Duplicate 2.
8. Go to: Filter > Artistic > Colored pencil and then make the following changes:
9. Then, go to: Filter > Artistic > Rough Pastels and then make the following changes:
10. Now, go to: Filter > Blur > Motion Blur and then make the following changes:
11. Change its Blend Mode from Normal to Screen.
12. Now create an Adjustment layer and choose Color Lookup.
Then make the following changes:
13. Change the Blend Mode of the adjustment layer from Normal to Linear Dodge.
14. Select all layers except the background layer and drag these layers down to create a group.
15. Change the Opacity of the group to 73%
16. Now add a Layer Mask to the group.
17. Select Brush tool and carefully apply to the image. Remember that you can change the opacity as according to need.
