Here’s a taster of Amanda & Patrick’s wedding from last Friday, on a pretty hot day, definitely rivalling my June 8th wedding for the hottest wedding of the year, so far! Starting off in nearby Templeboy, Ann Young Beauty had all the girls ready super quick as usual, and I had some fab views to work with also, with views of the Sligo coastline almost all the way down to Strandhill.
Onto the church and I quickly shot Patrick & the guys before capturing some of the last few guests arriving before the girls turned up in their vintage bus. With a lovely ceremony in Templeboy church with Sinead Conway singing as beautifully as ever, then with the glorious weather, everybody, on leaving the church, gathered around and it was fab for getting great candid shots around the grounds.
For some relaxed portraits of the bridal party & Amanda & Patrick, we headed for the lovely open shade of Easky River. What a fabulous spot for images and in the bright sunshine, the open shade was a welcome relief. Just before landing at the Diamond Coast, we got a few quick shots at a packed Enniscrone beach. It was then onto the reception to get the party started properly!
