As our Phoenix-based Technical Consultant/Senior Technical Consultant, your first mission will be to start digging into our customer environments, the applications theyre running and the data flows within those environments. Ideal candidates have experience with Axway solutions, including our B2BI gateway and/or MFT portfolio, and could hit the ground running. Cloud Services hosts many diverse Axway products, and it will take a continual learning mentality for you to gain mastery of them, especially getting to know the back-end of the system and how it interrelates at the OS level. While an understanding of Windows administration is great, your top-notch Linux admin skills and understanding of web servers and B2B solutions will pay even greater dividends. Standouts in this role are excellent troubleshooters and root cause analysts, for whom this aspect of the job is done more out of love than duty. Youll step into a situation where supporting a production environment is key and when troubles arise you will work to identify the cause, resolve it and effectively save the day.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Axway solutions within traditional and cloud-based infrastructure based on Axway standards and best practices.
As a consultancy team member, undertake complex assignments, led by a more experienced consultant.
Work closely with internal technical and business level contacts to understand customer requirements and meet them using the Axway platforms and solutions.
Participate with on-call / operational support as needed.
Produce high-quality documentation independently.
