Our client is highly established and well known within the advertising and print industry. This Division is industry leader in large format display production.
They combine, experience, strategy, and technology to deliver a consistent level of color, imagery, and quality to all types of display advertising: POP POS, Retail Signage, Event Graphics, Window Displays, Fleet Graphics, Transit Wraps, Banner Graphics, Expert Kitting, Fulfillment Services and reliable National Distribution.
Our Client has excellent Creative, Digital Photography and Digital Asset Management capabilities as well. The ideal candidate will have had successful selling experience with large format digital print POP / POS and MUST have established marketing relationships.
NOTE: MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LARGE FORMAT DISPLAY PRINT SALES EXPERIENCE and MARKETING RELATIONSHIPS to QUALIFY for REVIEW and CONSIDERATION.
The Sales Executive’s primary role is to drive profitable growth through identification of principal platform as well as identification of cross platform opportunities. This will be accomplished through facilitating a collaborative environment to ensure appropriate resource deployment. Securing accounts will rely heavily on access to the client’s key decision maker.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops Sales Opportunities
Demonstrates initiative to uncover new solution opportunities; networks to expand relationships within the client’s organization; stays on top of market place conditions to uncover new opportunities; consistently follows up current and potential clients to assess their interest in new product/service offerings. Maintains knowledge and understanding of the client’s business to recognize opportunities for growth.
Qualifies Opportunities
Utilizes a formula or series of questions to understand the current or prospective client’s needs, and able to formulate the right product-solution that helps the client drive profitable revenue growth. Reacts quickly and objectively to the answers to standard probes to determine proper engagement strategy.
Makes Persuasive Presentations
Demonstrates value and actively promotes products and services by making an emotional appeal; holds the customer’s attention and interest by keeping the presentation content relevant; varies style to build toward a buying decision.
Maximize Results by Partnering with Appropriate Resources
Consistently achieves above-average sales results by understanding the customer’s business, understanding their objectives and setting a plan to meet their needs. (Sales Executive collaborates with a network of support resources to satisfy customer requirements).
Gains access to key decision makers at appropriate levels
Sales Executive will understand the client organization and structure to create dialogue with owners at the appropriate level. Works diligently to ensure appropriate touch points within client are maximized, building a circle of collaboration around the process.
Implements ‘solution selling’ best practices
Utilizes Customer First selling principles to define areas of opportunity within acquisition target. Creates strategy, dialogue, and presentation around client needs. Understands client priorities and promotes benefits to be derived by a long term, continuity relationship. Partners with appropriate resource when cross sell opportunities exist.
Close the Deal
Relentlessly works with prospects/customers to close the sale. Develops and presents well-structured proposals to gain prospect’s/customer’s commitment to implement the solution.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the large format digital print business.
Strong understanding of the print industry.
Prospecting and business development experience.
Demonstrated leadership.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Good analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.
PREFERRED experience with solutions selling to “Big Box” retail signage environment (up to 400 store profile)
