Hi, I'm PhineasIsTheBest and I LOVE LOVE LOVE PHINEAS AND FERB!!! You may or may not be wondering about this; but here's my story on how I got into Phineas And Ferb! A few years ago, in the galaxy in which you probably currently reside (unless you're an alien)... I was 5 years old and looking for something to watch after school (it had either just started for the year or was about to end - I can't even remember!), and I eventually flipped to Disney Channel. And can you possibly guess what was on? Give up? OK, it was Phineas And Ferb! I'd never seen or heard of the show before, but when we got there, my mom said something "hey, why don't we check this out?" or "Hmm, I wonder what that is..." Regardless of her exact words, somebody (probably me) clicked on it with the remote and we started watching. We also recorded the single 10-minute episode - not even the full thing! - and I immediately fell in love! Not the <3 kind of love, but - perhaps I'm over explaining this. You get the idea. Anyway, new favorite show! My mom, sister, and I watched what was left of Toy To The World, and then I watched the partial recording with my sister about 3 times after that! I think we started shortly before Phineas met the Bidinkidinks (sorry, don't know how to spell that!), so we only had a little over half the episode! I gradually became highly obsessed with the awesome show. Then, less than a year later, when I was 6, I actually developed a crush on Phineas! Don't ask me why though, because I don't know. I'm sorry if I'm making this too long and detailed, I'll really try to shorten it! Back to the original topic, for some unknown reason, I also loved Ferb for about 2 weeks when I was 7, and while I still loved Phineas... Yeah, I was a pretty weird 7-year-old... Unfortunately though, shortly after I turned 9, I stopped liking the show. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EVIL THING TO DO!!! A few years later, on March 19, 2015, we were all talking together after dinner. We even had my mom's friend over! Out of the blue, Mom said "Remember Perry The Platypus?" We were talking about him and Doofenshmirtz for a minute, and eventually, I wound up saying something like "We should watch that show again!" That was honestly a life-changing moment for me. After my mom's friend left we found Act Your Age (of course) on YouTube and, using the brilliant sci-fi futuristic technology of the Google Chromecast, watched it on our living room TV. I remember really liking the episode, and definitely keeping the song Midlife Crisis and the What Might Have Been line "You could've held my hair back, when I was sick with salmonella! (Sick with salmonella!)" in my head all night and the next day or two! I also wanted to see one where the characters were kids, so we saw the 10-minute episode Road Trip by itself next. Finally, we played the theme song twice before our bedtime. (The 19th was a Thursday that year, so we obviously had to go to school the next day.) I became obsessed much more easily the 2nd time around, and fell in love with Phineas less than a month after I started watching it (although, I didn't actually admit that until the very end of April). I also figured out before the end of the school year that 6th graders were "done with it" at the time, but nonetheless, I still loved P & F just as much!
