The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy held the 2016 awards ceremony on April 24 in the Magnolia Room of the Rizzo Center.
Dean Bob Blouin, Pharm.D., the Vaughn and Nancy Bryson Distinguished Professor, welcomed those in attendance and delivered the closing remarks, as well. Students, faculty and health professionals were honored for their dedication to pharmacy education and practice and their commitment to excellence. Heidi Anksorus, Pharm.D., was awarded the Overall Instructor of the Year Award and Rachel LaBianca was awarded the Samuel Burrus Student Award for Community Service.
