My
name is Dave xxxxx and I wanted to let you know about a world-class experience
I recently had at one of your dealerships.
My wife Katie and I are both active duty US Air Force pilots and
recently relocated to the Raleigh area on February 3rd. Katie has always been interested in owning a
BMW but we wanted to shop around and explore our vehicle options. After asking for recommendations from
friends, co-workers, and even a few Ford dealerships while truck shopping for
me, we kept hearing, “go to Performance BMW” those guys are the best. With that, I began to correspond with Crystal
Farrington regarding our options. From the
start, the level of professionalism and customer service your team provided was
outstanding. Crystal helped us every
step of the way with scheduling a test drive and making sure someone would be
available to answer our questions.
When
we finally arrived at the dealership on Saturday, February 15th, we were
greeted by Erik Laird. From the start,
Erik made an outstanding impression on us.
He reminded me of a junior officer greeting a VIP on a tour of his work
section. His level of knowledge about
BMWs, the specific cars and options we were interested in, and the local area
were well above any standard dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Additionally, we were equally impressed with
Tim Blancett, the General Sales Manager, who took the time to chat with us
about his family and their military experience first, and then about the car
second. Finally, Jeff Mueller took our
financing offer from USAA and shopped around for an auto loan with another lender
that beat USAA by .25%!
At
the end of the day, the BMW 328i we purchased could’ve sold itself. It’s an outstanding machine and truly an
ultimate driving experience. What you
may not be keenly aware of however is that your folks at Performance BMW SOLD
us on them as a team. We could’ve
purchased a BMW from any dealer in the country, and even through the BMW direct
military sales program in Europe.
Instead, we chose to purchase a car from your outstanding people. They are, hands down, the best group of car
professionals I have ever met and dealt with.
