Netflix’s new mini-series, A Series of Unfortunate Events, premieres this week, and we have another look to get you ready for it.

Although all the trailer and teasers for the Lemony Snicket’s book adaptations tell you to “look away” or not to watch, we plan to do just the opposite.

As we all know by now,  A Series of Unfortunate Events stars Neil Patrick Harris as Count Olaf and even though he looks super creepy in all the trailers, we can’t wait to see him in it.

The new teaser, however, which was released on Monday, offers a more well-rounded glimpse into the new Netflix series and is again narrated by Lemony Snicket (played by Patrick Warbuton).

“Hello, my name is Lemony Snicket, here with a brief presentation that likely will… not interest you,” he begins the trailer.

Lemony Snicket then goes on to tell fans how the three Baudelaire children lost their parents and were sent to live with Count Olaf.

It continues to tell you “the facts” of the eight-episode series with arrows, drawings and text written over important details.

We learn that the Baudelaire children were sent to numerous guardians, some good and some not so good, but disaster struck time and time again leading them back to Olaf.

These disasters are known as the series of unfortunate events that have sadly befallen the three adorable Baudelaire children. Their stories will be told this month and we are very excited to tune in.

A Series of Unfortunate Events premieres on Jaunary 13, 2017 on Netflix.
