05 Frebruary 2015 – Penrhyn International announced today a further strategic expansion that sees the introduction of Jauch Associates (Switzerland), a leading executive search boutique with offices in Zurich and London providing a significant financial services focus within Europe as well as strong capabilities in the industrial and life sciences markets within Switzerland.
Jauch Associates conducts senior-level and specialist search assignments and advises business leaders on organization design and development in publicly traded and privately held organisations in the financial services, industrial and life sciences sectors.

Reto Jauch, the founding Partner of Jauch Associates, has 20 years of strategic consulting experience, and was Managing Director of A.T. Kearney Executive Search (ATKES) Europe. Prior to assuming this leadership role, he was responsible for the firm’s Swiss market, having started and developed a Search Practice for the firm in Zurich and Geneva. Reto originally started his consulting career at Robertson Associates AG, a Zurich based European Search boutique.
