Robert M. Galarza, Esq. as President
Mr. Galarza, 36, brings over fifteen years of experience in the legal, entertainment, sports and marketing industries to our company. In the entertainment industry, Robert has produced full-length feature films, directed film and music festivals, and worked as a personal manager and advisor for a number of athletes and actors. Mr. Galarza is also a licensed attorney with experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation, entertainment law and has also served as a law clerk in the Federal Courts. He also serves as President of Game2Mobile, Inc., a private corporation that utilizes the Tarsin CAPSA Platform to bring legally compliant mobile wagering to market.

Mr. Galarza also serves as an advisory board member for the New Mexico Lawyers for the Arts, is a regular panelist in the independent film festival circuit and works heavily with the Hispanic 100 of Southern California.

Mr. Galarza holds a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a doctorate of jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University College of Law with cum laude honors, where he held a position on the St. Mary’s Law Journal, and was a member of the prestigious John M. Harlan Society and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Society.

McKinley Hlady, as Chief Strategic Director
Mr. Hlady, 37, brings twenty years of experience in media and entertainment as Chief Strategic Director to the company. From the age of 16, McKinley began his career in the entertainment industry by serving as a key figure in Salt Spring Island, western Canada’s first cable station. At age 17, Mr. Hlady transitioned to work in the oil & gas drilling industry, working from entry level through the ranks to head driller. In 2010, he served as Vice President of Vancouver Island’s first green screen studio Island Industrial FX, and thereafter produced full-length feature films with Triton Films, Inc., Silent H Productions, and Telefilm Canada. His projects have been showcased at the Festival de Cannes and been distributed by companies such as Lionsgate and Entertainment One.

Mr. Hlady is a graduate of the Gulf Island Film & Television School and brings a wealth of life experience, passion and unwavering commitment to our company.

Adam Good, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Good, 34, joins the company with over 15 years of experience in business development, product design, and strategic M&A’s.  During this time Mr. Good has been involved in streamlining operations for various multi-million dollar companies and family organizations.  Mr. Good has effectively blended innovation with operations for companies and industry leaders to meet the triple bottom line, maximizing profit while minimizing cost and waste.

Chris Conaty, as Chief Media Director
Mr. Conaty, 50, brings in excess of 30 years of business experience in the entertainment industry. Chris began his career in the film industry at an early age in Hollywood doing commercial and print work as a child actor, and has amassed a lifetime of unique skills that make him an invaluable asset to the company. Mr. Conaty worked in conjunction with Vittorio Ballini in the management of P.A.T/Margutta S.P.A, the first privately owned TV network in Italy, and also worked with and spent seven years in Italy with numerous film and television production companies. He has extensive experience in production, foreign film acquisitions, fashion, television programming and development and directing. In the U.S. he has worked with such companies as MTV-Bunim Murray, Digital Entertainment Network and has spent the last two years running the LA base Thunder Studios.  Chris will now devote his full time to his new position at New World Media.

Mr. Conaty holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Southern California and a degree in international finance from the University of Rome.
