I'm an experienced GM looking for players with an interest in story-oriented games like Apocalypse World and Dungeon World, and the post-apocalyptic, post-Singularity hard sci-fi game Eclipse Phase.
If you're open to non-d20 games and non-fantasy settings, this is a group you want to get in on! We'll be playing weekly sometime other than Thursday night.
Apocalypse World and Dungeon World both use the Apocalypse Engine. Roll 2d6+modifier: on a 10+ you succeed, on a 7-9 you succeed with costs, and on a 6- you fail. Both games are extremely flavorful and easy to learn. Character creation takes less than half an hour, letting you get straight to the action in from the first session.
Eclipse Phase "uses a variant d100/percentile system with some twists. The game is fast and simple, streamlined so players can dive into the world and action without being burdened down by complex rules."
I'm looking to run Eclipse Phase first, and move forward from there. Numenera may be on the agenda, too.
