** Overview **
This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an innovative newonline learning service that Pearson has launched in the UK\. Working inpartnership with universities across the UK, the division provides onlinelearning services including marketing, student recruitment, course contentdevelopment, training and ongoing student support\. The SEA will also beresponsible for a limited number of their own prospective student enrolmentopportunities \(EOs\)
** The role **
The SEA is responsible for the planning and execution of sales pipelineactivities and has four areas of focus:
+ Conversion of a limited number of prospective students through the sales funnel
+ Supervision of a number of Enrolment Advisors EAs
+ Liaison with key university stakeholders
+ Management of conversion campaigns including the development of content and engagement activities

** Responsibilities **
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,the following\. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned\.
** Conversion of prospective students **
The nurture and monitoring of a limited number of prospective studentsthrough the sales funnel from initial enquiry through to registration\. Thisincludes:
+ Communicating with prospective students via phone, emails, SMS and other digital engagement tools
+ Guiding prospective students through the admissions process and keep them updated on their progress
+ Utilizing SalesForce to efficiently manage and track each interaction and the progress of prospective students
** Campaign management and the development of content and customerengagement activities **
+ The planning,management and execution of conversion campaigns within the framework of the team’s contact plans and service standards\.
+ Responsible for the weekly creation of rich content showcase emails and periodic review and refresh of action email templates\.
+ Development and management of our webinar portfolio including playing a key role in their execution
+ Management of SMS and web chat functionality
** Supervision ofenrolment advisors and teamwork **
+ Responsible for supporting the EAs in their daily activities including ensuring that all team procedures and workflows are maintained
+ Responsibility for ensuring that all partnership EO SalesForce records are correctly maintained and fully optimized
+ Manage EA’s partnership holiday and sickness cover
+ Deputize for the Head of Recruitment as appropriate
+ Provision of ‘hands on support’ helping EAs to manage workflow and ensure team service standards are maintained
** KPIs **
+ Achieve personal recruitment targets including number of applications and registrations as a percentage of Enquiries\.
+ Pro\-actively coach and assist EAs to achieve their targets\.
+ Achieve customer service quality KPIs in accordance with Pearson and the client university’s specifications\.
+ Manage all additional project work effectively to ensure delivery against expectations\.
** Partnership relationship **
+ Liaising with King’s stakeholders to develop appropriate processes and workflows to drive efficiency and optimize the customer experience\.
+ Responsible for gathering anecdotal insight and participating in the analysis of information flows for the partnership\.
