This a home based role, a laptop and mobile phone is provided however candidates should have a reliable home broadband connection\.

TheAccount Manager role \(AM\) is to manage a defined group of customer accounts todeliver business growth\. These accounts will be based on large existingcustomers and localised consortia of schools across the 11\-18 age range and within a defined regional territory\.Working with colleagues in the sales team the AM will lead on sales plansdelivering customer value, learner progression and business growth\.

●Exceed annual revenue goals through thedelivery of year\-on\-year growth of key accounts\.

●Build a pipeline of acquisition &retention opportunities across qualifications and learning services and closebusiness as per account plans

●Coordinate the delivery of crossfunctional customer support and service delivery to ensure customer loyalty andadvocacy

●Support others in customer acquisition andretention of customers across their whole sales territory

●Attend and present as appropriate at keyregional exhibitions,\. consortia events, clusters, and networks

**Qualifications**

●A minimum of 2 successful years in sales,in a business to business sales environment selling complex solutions at asenior level

●Field based & willingness to travel\(80% of time\)

●Full UK driving licence
