Peace Point Rights sells Food Truck Face Off to Discovery Networks Latin America/U.S. Hispanic’s TLC

Toronto, Canada – July 08, 2014 – Peace Point Rights’ newest food series, Food Truck Face Off (Pilot & season 1, 13×60’) has been sold to Discovery Networks Latin America/U.S. Hispanic and will air on their TLC network. Produced and distributed by Peace Point, the series sees newbie food entrepreneurs with big dreams compete for the ultimate prize – a customized food truck for one year.

Hosted by Jesse Palmer, well known NFL quarterback and sport commentator and former star of The Bachelor, Food Truck Face Off puts passionate dreamers, seeking to own their own food truck, in the hot seat. Four teams of partners pitch their concepts to a panel of three judges, who then decide which two teams get to duke it out in the streets, selling their offerings to a discerning crowd of food truck savvy customers in LA, Miami, Austin and Toronto. Whichever team earns the most money over two frenzied days of selling, will walk away with the keys to their truck for one whole year.

Earlier this spring, Food Truck Face Off was also sold to LITV (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand).
