Admittedly, since PCDJ really has two different markets and customers for our software business, karaoke and DJ – our customers can sometimes be confused about which music service would work best for their needs, and their PCDJ software product. My goal in this post is to provide a summary of each of our professional music services and to halt any further confusion about what service would work best for you.
Here’s What Music Services PCDJ Offers:
IDJPOOL – MP3 RECORD POOL FOR DJS
What it is: The iDJPool is an MP3 DJ record pool that is a promotional tool for (Record labels, Promotion companies and Artists) used for servicing Pro DJs. Based in Chicago, they’ve been offering their services since 1985. All music is delivered in 320kbps MP3 format, and subscribers to any of the three provided record pool options can download two years of back-catalog as soon as they join (about 10,000 tracks). The iDJPool record pool provides all genres of music including Urban, Dance, Rock, Pop, Country and Latin. The files are standard MP3, thus once downloaded they’re your files. Even if you cancel your subscription along the way, you keep what you’ve downloaded. The files will work with any product capable of playing MP3 files.
Who is it for?: The iDJPool is for any DJ looking to stay on top of the latest music downloads in any genre for a low monthly cost.
How much is it?: The VIP package is $50 a month for all genres. Also available is the “Urban Pool” with urban music only for $20 a month, or the “Country Pool” for only $15 a month. You can also cancel at any time, so the iDJPool is a no-contract service for pro DJs only.

THE VIDEO POOL – MUSIC VIDEO SUBSCRIPTION DOWNLOAD SITE FOR DJs AND VJs
What it is: Based in New York, The Video Pool is an excellent source for urban and top 40 HD music videos for professional DJs adding music video mixing to their repertoire. All videos are delivered in MP4 format and optimally encoded for high quality and low latency. The Video Pool supplies DJs with a variety of genres, exclusive mixes, and DJ tools for use in video mixing software like our PCDJ DEX 3 (The MP4s are DRM free, so you keep what you download and can use in any software that plays MP4 video). The Video Pool subscription service offers a wide selection of hip hop, R&B, dance, rock, 90s, old school, pop, reggae, blends, mashups, and premium DJ video remixes for the urban and club DJs/VJ’s.
Who is it for?: The Video Pool is a promo services for DJs and VJs only that are looking for new and old HD music videos to mix.
How much is it?: $34.99 for 200 video downloads of your choice a month. Or, you can do a quarterly payment of $99.99 and download 250 videos of your choice a month. The third option is $359.99 a year, for that you can download 300 videos of your choice a month. Just like the iDJPool, you can cancel your The Video Pool subscription without penalty any time – no contract.

KARAOKE CLOUD PRO – IN-APP KARAOKE SUBSCRIPTION FOR PCDJ KARAOKI
What it is: Karaoke Cloud Pro with PCDJ Karaoki is an online/offline karaoke subscription platform featuring the greatest and newest hits from DigiTrax Karaoke (formerly Chartbuster), SBI, Sunfly, Stage Stars, DK and Mr. Entertainer, ready to play right in PCDJ Karaoki. Karaoke Cloud Pro is the world’s first and only legal professional karaoke subscription platform for commercial use. The subscription only works within PCDJ Karaoki and includes about 8,000 today with new and core-catalog karaoke tunes in all-genre’s added all the time, at no additional cost to subscribers.
