I had the pleasure of trying eMeals a few years ago and I truly loved it. I just had a baby and life had quickly gotten really busy and dinner became such a difficult part of my life. I felt like I never had time to plan what to eat so it would be 4:00 and I was trying to figure out what I could make. Then I would go to the pantry and find I was short of one ingredient and then I had to start all over or run to the store with an infant. It just wasn’t working for me. When I heard about eMeals and had the opportunity to try it, I was thrilled! A few years ago the eating plans were a bit more limited and there were only dinner plans, but that was good enough for me. I loved the grocery list being all put together and all my ingredients listed for all my meals and just going to the store about once a week to get groceries. It was great!

Well now it’s a few years later and eMeals has improved their plans even more. There are more categories to choose from and you can add breakfast or lunch options on to your dinner plan if you choose!

Each weekly plan includes:

* 7 dinner meals and side dishes

* simple delicious healthy recipes

* organized shopping list

* grocery store savings

* peace of mind

Here are the main categories you can choose from:

Classic Meals
Clean Eating
Paleo
Mediterranean
Slow Cooker
Low Carb
Low Fat
Portion Control
Natural and Organic
Simple Gourment
Gluten Free
Vegetarian

You can view sample eating plans on the eMeals site to get an idea of which menu you’d like to choose. Plus, at the very bottom of the Homepage you can click on a grocery store you like to shop at such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, Publix, Aldi, etc and there are meal plans designed especially for those stores. I love that feature! If you don’t choose the meal plan you think fits your family the best after giving it a try, you do have the opportunity to switch meal plans.

I came across a statement on the eMeals site I just had to share with you.

Once a week, sanity shows up in your inbox. It’s like magic, only tastier

I couldn’t explain the joy of having my meals planned out any better than this. It’s just an awesome feeling.

How about getting a subscription to eMeals as a gift? It might be the best gift they’ve ever gotten! I know practical gifts like this that help simplify my life are some of the best gifts I remember and appreciate. It won’t sit in a corner or get dusty and I won’t get tired of it after a while. I can use it all year long and it’s going to make my grocery planning, menu making and dinner prep so much easier! eMeals even offers gift cards for many occasions and you can gift either 6 or 12 months. The recipient will also get to change to their desired meal plan after you pick the initial one so you don’t have to worry about picking the right one!
