Taking Online Surveys is a great way to earn free gift cards you can spend on Christmas Shopping! I have several readers who save their gift cards all year long, then redeem them for Amazon Gift Cards or other Gift Cards to use during the Holiday Shopping Season!
Here are a few tips to help you Earn Free Money by Taking Online Surveys:
1. Never Pay to Join a Survey Site
There are a lot of Companies that want to Charge you to Join, they claim they have higher paying offers, but the truth is that you should NEVER pay to Join a Survey Company, there are several great companies that are completely FREE to Join and they still have Great Payouts. One of my favorites is Harris Poll Online, it’s a Nielsen Company which means it’s a reputable company that has great payouts on their surveys!
2. Be Consistent
This is the real trick. Set a time every day where you sit down and go through and complete your surveys. I always recommend nap time, or in the mornings while you’re having a cup of coffee, just 15-30 minutes a day will be enough to take 1 or 2 surveys and if you’re consistent you’ll start to see the money add up. This is really the key the more consistent you are the better the survey offers and the more accurate the offers you receive will be.
3. Take the Screening Surveys
Once you sign up you need to make sure you confirm your email address and log in to complete your profile. These screening surveys will help you receive more specific offers, that way you aren’t wasting your time applying for surveys you don’t qualify for.
4. Set up a Dedicated Email
You can set up a dedicated email address on Yahoo or Google to use for your surveys, this is a great way to keep your email from being overloaded. It will also help you have all your survey offers from different companies in one place.
5. Set a Goal
I like to save my earnings rather than cashing out as soon as I meet the minimum level, Setting Goals helps me feel like I’m accomplishing something. When I first started taking surveys we were living on a tight budget and the extra money was nice to be able to buy something I wanted on Amazon, or to earn a few extra dollars to spend at Starbucks. I’d cash out for a Starbucks gift card and use that to treat myself so that I felt like I could splurge guilt free.
