46 Incredible Deals at Aldi

1. Veggie Straws  & Veggie Chips

These are similar to the original Veggie Straws but they are a much more affordable option, at my store these are priced around $1.89!

2. Sweet Potato Chips

These are Gluten Free and made with Sea salt and OH SO Yummy! At my store these are priced around $1.99 which is about 50% of the price of buying a similar item at the Health Food Store.

3. Fit & Active Brown Rice

The 2 lb. bags are only $1.19 which means you’re paying around 60¢ per pound which is a great price!

4. Oyster Crackers

These are great for Soups and Stews, I have also used them with my kids as a toddler food. They are priced at only $0.79 at my store and the taste is exactly the same as traditional brands of crackers.

5. Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

This is another item we actually like better than store brands! Aldi’s carries several varieties of Chips, the Kettle Cooked Jalapeno are my favorites :) The only chips I’m not a fan of are the Potato Chips, they tend to be a little greasy so I stick to the Kettle Cooked Chips for flavored chips.

6. Graham Crackers

These make a great Afternoon Snack or Lunchbox Item, they are also great if you’re planning a cookout and you want to make s’mores.

7. Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Oreos)

These Chocolate Cookies are just like Oreos if not better :) My Kids actually prefer them and they are better than any knock off Oreo’s I’ve found. Also, they are about half the price!

8. Organic Wildflower Honey

We love Honey on Homemade Bread! It’s delicious and Aldi has one of the best prices on Honey. This Jar of Organic Honey is just $3.49!

9. Maple Syrup

The same goes for the Maple Syrup, The Aldi Brand is fantastic and the price is much cheaper than most grocery stores for Pure Maple Syrup. This is one of our favorite items because I don’t like to use Pancake Syrup which is often cheaper than Pure Maple Syrup.

10. Microwave Popcorn

The Bags of Fit & Active Microwave Popcorn are a great price, You get 6 Bags for only $1.69 which is just $0.28 per bag! That’s a great price and my kids love eating this as an After School Snack!

11. Casa Mamita Salsa

These Salsa Jars are full size and about $1 less than most grocery stores + It’s one of my favorite brands of Salsa, We love the flavor and consistency of this Stuff, it’s great for Recipes that call for Salsa, or on it’s own.

12. Hazelnut Spread

Are you a Nutella Fan? It rarely goes on Sale and this Aldi Brand Hazelnut Spread is half the price! At my store the 13 oz. Jar is priced at just $1.99!

13. Soy Sauce

I love that Aldi carries the Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce. Stir Fry is one of our favorite meals and this full size bottle is only $1.19 in the regular or low sodium varieties.

14. Organic Ketchup

Aldi has a great Organic Ketchup Variety that is free of Artificial Flavors and Preservatives.

15. Ranch Dressing Mix

This is a FAVORITE of mine, the Aldi Ranch Dressing Mix is only $.49 compared to $1.50 at Walmart! That’s a 60% Savings and no coupons required! I use this in baking and also in Taco Soup so it’s something I always grab when I’m in the store.

16. Taco Seasoning

All of the Aldi Seasonings are great including the Taco & Chili Seasonings. They are MSG Free and the Taco Seasoning has a 25% Less Sodium Variety which my kids like best.

17. K-Cups Single Serve Coffee Pods

If you have a Keurig you know that K-Cups can be super expensive, sometimes as much as $0.70 each at the grocery stores. If you don’t like using coupons then you can spend a fortune on these little cups. Aldi sells a 18 Count Box of Fair Trade Coffee Cups for only $4.79 which is just $0.40 Each, No Coupons Required!!! The Dark Roast is our favorite blend, but there are several other options available.

18. Diced Tomatoes with Green Chile

This Copy-Cat Rotel is Almost EXACTLY the same, I’ve never been able to tell any difference and it’s priced at around $0.59 at my store compared to over $1 at Walmart! There are a few items like this that I really can’t tell any difference in and they are so much cheaper that it doesn’t make sense to pay more for basically the same thing.

19. Flour Tortillas

My kids love Tortilla Roll Ups in their School Lunches, these Flour Tortillas are priced at only $1.19 for a bag of 10, it’s a great price on an item we use a lot of & My kids can’t tell the difference.

20. Canned Beans

We love just about all of the Aldi Canned Goods. The Fruit, Green Beans, Corn and Chili Beans are all great and when I’m making a big batch of Taco Soup or Chili they work perfectly!

21. Diced Tomatoes

Similar to the Rotel Mentioned above the Diced Tomatoes are almost half the price of the name brand and you really can’t tell a difference between the 2. Unless I can find coupons or a sale price I always opt for this less expensive version.

22. Canned Pumpkin

Wanna know a little secret? There was a Pumpkin Shortage last year and the price of Canned Pumpkin was between $1.50-$2 at most stores! Aldi sells 100% Canned Pumpkin for just $0.89! This is a seasonal item which means it may not be restocked so stock up while it’s still available in stores and use this for all your Pumpkin Favorites this fall!

23 – Active Dry  Yeast

I use this a lot during the Holidays, it’s around half the price of buying it at a Grocery Store and it works just as well especially if it’s Fresh! Yeast is one of those things that goes bad so I don’t like to stockpile it, I just buy this less expensive option as needed.

24 – Powdered Sugar & Brown Sugar

If you do a lot of baking or making homemade goods then these are great options for saving on pantry staples. I have never noticed a difference between the sugars and I use the Aldi’s Brand in just about all my baking unless I happen to find a good deal using coupons somewhere else. This can really help you save during the Holiday Baking Season when the cost of these items can really add up.

25 – Chocolate Chips

Another Baking Favorite is the Chocolate Chips! You can save a lot buy purchasing these at Aldi, the regular price at my store is $1.59 per bag, the price on Nestle Toll House at Walmart is $3 in my area so it’s almost a 50% Savings!

26 – Marshmallows

One more Baking Item that we love that I find works just as well as the name brand are the Marshmallows. Again I don’t like to buy these in advance because they don’t store as well as other pantry items so I just opt for this less expensive version when I need them.

27 – Kids Squeezable Fruit Blends

My youngest guy is almost 2 and he Loves these Pouch Foods. They are so expensive at most stores (Typically over $1 each) But Aldi sells these Fruit Blends with No Artificial Colors or Flavors for only $1.49 for the 4 pack. That’s about what I typically pay with coupons and a sale and it works out to just $0.37 each! These are great for packing in my kids lunches or sending with my little guy when he goes to Mother’s Day Out.

28 – Olive Oil

This is one of the best prices I have found on 100% Pure Olive Oil. You can get the 16.9 oz. bottle for just $2.99! That’s a fantastic price on a healthy option and a great way to reduce your budget.

29 – Cooking Spray

Aldi carries about 4 different varieties of Cooking Spray, The Olive Oil Cooking Spray is just $1.49 and other options start at $1.29. This is around $2.50-$3 at most stores in my area so it’s a nice alternative.

31 – Canned Fruit

When fresh fruit is out of season Canned Fruit is a great option and the prices at Aldi are about 50% of what you would typically pay.

32 – Produce

Aldi is one of my favorite sources for Cheap Produce. We eat a lot of Fruits & Vegetables and even when I can’t make it to my local store I price match the produce prices at Walmart and sometimes I save over 50% which is a big savings for Fresh Fruits & Vegetables.

33 – Fresh Herbs

A lot of people don’t know that Aldi carries Fresh Herbs. This tends to vary by store and season but check the produce aisles for fresh herbs, I frequently buy a big bunch of Cilantro for just $0.99!

34 – Gluten Free Macaroni

I have heard rave reviews for just about all of the Gluten Free Products at Aldi. The Gluten Free Macaroni is one of my favorites even though we aren’t exclusively gluten free because it doesn’t contain a lot of added preservatives or colors.

35 – Milk

Did you know that Aldi Milk is Hormone Free? If you’re trying your best to eat Healthy and avoid the added Antibiotics this is a great compromise between organic milk and regular milk + it’s cheaper than all of my other stores.

36 – Eggs

My Aldi pretty much hands down has the lowest price on Eggs, even compared to Sam’s and the wholesale clubs. I can occasionally get them cheaper at Walgreens but only when they are on sale, if I can’t find a sale this is my go to for Eggs.

37 – Butter

Aldi puts Butter on sale frequently. I’ve gotten 1 lb. of Butter for as low as $1.79 during the holidays and it’s typically around $2-$2.50 a pound

38 – Cheese

My kids love Cheese & Crackers in their lunches. Aldi Cheese is priced around $1.59 in my area which is almost $1 less per block compared to Walmart! That’s a really great steal!

39 – Yogurt

Another nice find is the Individual Yogurt Cups. Sometimes I can get yogurt cheaper using coupons, but when I can’t the price on this is hard to beat!

40 – Tortellini

One of our hidden treasures from Aldi is this Fresh Tortellini, this is only $2 per package and it’s FANTASTIC! Plus I love that it’s a different twist on traditional Italian meals I typically make and it’s great if you’re having company over or for using in soups.

41 – Baby Wipes

I mostly purchase food at Aldi because most of the prices on Household Items are more expensive than other stores but the Baby Wipes are a good quality and a great price! You can get the new 216 count baby wipes for just $3.49. That’s only $0.016 per wipe which is LESS Than my Stock Up Price and No Coupons are required! These are also Fragrance and Alcohol Free!

42 – Organic Salad

Spinach and Lettuce are a few of the items I always try to buy organic when I can and I love that Aldi carries fresh spinach and salad mixes that are organic at competitive prices. These are about the same price as buying the non-organic versions at other grocery stores!

43- Condensed Cream Soups

The Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soups are great if you use this type of item. They have the Low Fat Fit & Active Version as well as the original versions for about 30% Less than most grocery stores.

44 – Whole Wheat Pasta

You can pick up Whole Grain Pasta for LESS than Regular Pasta at Aldi. These 1 lb. Boxes of Fit & Active Whole Grain Pasta are just $0.89.

45 – Whole Wheat Bread

We love the Aldi Breads, I haven’t had any issues with any of them, they all taste great but the Whole Wheat Bread is probably our favorite for sandwiches. They also have a Whole Grain Wheat Bread that’s delicious as well.

46 – Chicken Breasts

Most people don’t think of Aldi for meat, but the Frozen Chicken Breast are a great find and they are portioned nicely for using in things like Freezer Meal Bags.
