How to get Free Diapers for Babies
Let’s be honest, one of the biggest expenses involved with having a baby is purchasing diapers. I get weekly emails from readers asking How to Save Money on diapers and while there are some great saving strategies (Check out this post here) I also wanted to share with you a few different ways you can get FREE Diapers! You might not be able to fill your closets with these Free Offers, but every little bit helps and Stockpiling isn’t a one and done game, it’s a continuous process especially when it comes to something like diapers!
1. Sign Up for Free Baby Magazines – Diaper Companies often buy lists of mommas that are expecting from places like Dr. Offices, Magazines and more. I know we often don’t like to think about our information being sold, but in the case of diapers this can work in your favor. I’ve even had Baby Magazines show up in the mail with Free Samples included!

2. Enter Giveaways & Sweepstakes
Everyday Family is a great website that offers a FREE Diapers Sweepstakes for New Members! Join Now and enter to win Free Diapers fora Year! That’s a $750 Value!
Huggies, Pampers and local Dr. Offices also typically run great promotions and giveaways so make sure you’re keeping your eyes open. Most people don’t register because they assume they won’t ever win, You never know you just might get lucky!
3. Huggies Enjoy the Ride Program
Join the Huggies Rewards Program and make sure you enter the codes on all those packages of diapers because they add up fast. For every 500 points you can redeem for a Free Jumbo Pack of Diapers! 5. Sign Up for Referral Programs

6. Sign Up for Free Diaper Trials
A lot of companies offer Free Trails of diapers that you can sign up for, these typically include several different styles, colors or sizes depending on the brand. You can sign up for each of these free trials once, then cancel your orders after your first shipment arrives. Make sure you read the details, most don’t have a penalty for cancelling but you do need to decide before your next order ships.

7. Check with Your Healthcare Provider
Some companies offer Free Diapers as an incentive. For example this Insurance company offered free diapers if you completed the form and mailed it in following your postpartum visit.
Ask your insurance company if they have any rewards or incentives that involve diapers because every plan will be different.
8. Sign Up to Test & Review Diapers
You can actually apply to be a diaper tester. This Company conducts research for Leading Consumer Brands, you can apply to test and review diapers. You do have to fill out a confidentiality agreement, but you’ll get free products for sharing your thoughts and opinions on them. If you’re willing to put a little time into reviewing the products and you get accepted this is a great way to get Free Products.
9. Watch for Free Samples
A lot of companies will send out Free Samples of their products. Some you will need to contact via email or by using the contact forms on their website, others have sign up forms specifically geared towards free samples of diapers! I recommend signing up for as many of these as you can, You can also sign up for our email updates, we post free diaper samples every time we see them.

10. Join the National Diaper Bank
If you can’t afford to purchase diapers for your child then you might want to look into the National Diaper Bank and see if there is a location near you. This program provides access to Diaper Banks all over the country and helps you locate a location near you. The specifics for qualifying for these programs will vary by location since they are all independently operated.

11. Stack Coupons & Sales
Check out our Diaper Deals page for new diaper deals each week & yes sometimes you can even get Diapers for as low as FREE!
You’ll also want to join several new Rebate Apps including iBotta, Snap & Checkout51 these have all had great offers on Diapers in the past and you’ll want to stack those deals with coupons and sales for HUGE Savings. Stacking all these sales, coupons and rebates together is the real secret to getting free diapers using coupons!

13. Take Online Surveys
Opinion Outpost is my favorite survey company that pays out in Free Gift Cards, Save those gift cards, stack them with the 20% Amazon Mom Promotion and you’ve got Free Diapers!!!
14. Switch to Cloth
Yes, you technically still have to pay for Cloth Diapers but you can add these to your Baby Registry and there’s a good chance you won’t have to buy many up front and then you’ll be left without the expense of diapers as your baby grows older.
Also check out this post on how one lady paid less for her diapers than she sold them for! Now that’s a great trick! If you can find a really good deal on Cloth Diapers (Check Zulily) You may be able to resell them on Ebay or at a Consignment shop for what you paid for them once your baby outgrows them, or see if a Friend would like to buy the entire set.
15. Make a Baby Registry
Target is one of my favorite places to create a Baby Registry because they offer a Free Baby Gift Bag when you create a registry and typically that includes Free Samples + Coupons and more. Not only can you add diapers to a registry for a shower, You’ll also be on the mailing list for great baby saving coupon in the future which you can stack with other coupons to help get Free or Cheap Diapers. These programs are a great way to let retailers know you are expecting and that typically means they will be contacting you with great baby deals in the future.
