Head of Commercial
We’re looking for an imaginative and innovative individual who wants to move their career to the next level by taking on this important post with one of Scotland’s largest operators.
We operate over 500 buses and coaches with our local services being found throughout Fife, Dundee, Angus and Perthshire whilst our multi award winning coach services link the area to Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow, seeing continual growth under the Express City Connect and Coastrider X7 brands. Such a varied operating area brings different challenges and it’s important that local markets have local solutions. Likewise there is great importance placed on our relationship with stakeholders.
As a business seeking further growth, with exciting plans for the future, we’re looking for someone who can work with directors and managers to achieve our goals whilst managing and inspiring the commercial team. Being customer focussed is a given, and you’ll welcome feedback, but we also have the data and technology to assist you in analysing our networks and maximising their reliability, efficiency and profitability.
You might already be a Commercial Manager, or have extensive commercial experience from another role, but this is the chance to advance your career to the next level within Stagecoach.

The role will be based in Kirkcaldy, on the southern coast of Fife, and is within easy reach of our major cities as well as scenic coastal and rural villages. We enjoy working in an area with an easy commute, picturesque landscape and a relaxed way of life.
