Thursday’s Pasadena broker preview tour had 68 homes for sale.  My team and I saw about a dozen in Pasadena, Altadena and San Marino.  Pickings are still slim and home buyers are waiting for more properties get listed.  Summer is around the corner so each week should have more homes available.  For now, here are my weekly picks.
