I lost all my data when I updated my tablet and loss my Paradise Island. I do not know my username or support id, however I do know my island name, coins, piastres and level.
I didn't think it was important to write that info down (wasn't expecting to loose my data). I already emailed support back and forth more than 2 dozen times and yet they cannot fix it.
I think it should be possible to recover with island name, coins, piastres & level... Or maybe I'm wrong.
Has anyone encountered this before, what did you do to recover your island without your username and support id ???
