London Bay Homes has completed its second single-family custom model home in Old Naples. The two-story Chelston at 631 Broad Court is just blocks from the city’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches and one of several luxury models the builder is constructing from Park Shore to Port Royal.
The fully furnished three-bedroom, three and one-half bath Chelston spans 4,227 square feet under air and blends West Indies and Old Florida-inspired architecture and design inside and out. The home offers a study, formal dining room, great room, a first-floor master suite and a generously sized 1,284-square-foot second floor with a loft, wet bar and two guest rooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms.
Memory points throughout the model include unique furniture pieces: the great room’s ceiling with beams and grass cloth inspired venetian plaster, the convenience of an office and pantry connecting kitchen and laundry room, and a private garden from sliding glass doors in the master bath’s shower.
The model’s architecture is accented by transom windows and a tin-type roof. The entry features a water fountain finished with Mexican beach pebble and sapphire blue granite.
An island-inspired interior design by Romanza Interior Design features natural walnut wood flooring in main gathering areas, clean-lined British Colonial and woven furniture and accessories, and a vibrant palette of rainforest citrus, teal, coral, butter and eggplant against off-white backgrounds.
The Chelston’s open floor plan and emphasis on indoor-outdoor living is enhanced by flowing space between great room, kitchen and breakfast café and multiple alfresco areas. Outdoor spaces include dining and seating areas and a summer kitchen with stainless steel grill, refrigerator, sink and granite countertops.
Trellises, a freestanding fountain and a secluded fire pit add to the outdoor living environment and complement the linear design of the custom pool, which is finished with moon-hued brick mosaic glass tile.
Inside, the kitchen features all-white cabinetry, a white-ice glass tile backsplash, granite countertops and a freestanding island breakfast bar with a waterfall counter reaching to the floor. Stainless steel Wolf, Asko and Sub-Zero appliances include a wall oven and microwave, a dual-fuel 36-inch range and side-by-side refrigerator. The kitchen also offers an adjoining walk-in pantry and home office, and a built-in hutch with white and dark-stained finishes and glass inserts.
The dining room’s 84-inch custom table has a clear stacked-glass base and a clear glass top with a hand-chipped, sandblasted, iced edge.
The master suite offers two walk-in closets and its king-sized canopy bed introduces British Colonial design draped in sheers. The Zen-like bathroom reveals the secluded outdoor garden offering a shower, pebble stone flooring, a wall fountain and decorative plants. The bathroom’s dark walnut floating vanity is paired with quartz countertops and a glass tile backsplash. The room also has a freestanding tub and features porcelain tile flooring and walls.
Upstairs, splashes of coral, eggplant and teal accent the loft.
The Chelston offers more than 5,200 total square feet, including covered outdoor areas, entry and a two-car garage.
The model represents London Bay’s commitment to luxury on-your-lot custom homes near the downtown Naples area. The builder’s first model, the Southampton, sold shortly upon its completion. The award-winning company also is building the Claremont at 271 First Ave. N and the Anguilla at 541 Neapolitan Lane in Park Shore.
Several additional model homes by London Bay Homes in Park Shore, the Moorings and Port Royal are set to begin construction in the coming months.
