It’s the bad luck of MQM that their beloved Mr. Bean is interior minister these days in Pakistan and they don’ t enjoy the blessings of Rehman Malik anymore. It’s also their bad luck that there is no lethargic Kayani anymore at the helm of actual affairs and former DG rangers in Karachi is now DG ISI.
That Mr. Bean a.k.a minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan is now lambasting MQM in the media as Altaf Hussain is giving him loose and juicy balls every other day. He has now come hard at the Altaf Hussain after recent speech.
In this very weird speech Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has invited foreign forces to takeover Karachi. Nisar says that it was a proclamation of war against the country and the government would file a formal ‘legal reference’ against him within a few days with the British government.
Altaf may be sick and might have said that at spur of moment, but military has taken it literally and very seriously, and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the PM House here on Monday. The meeting was also attended by DG ISI Major General Rizwan Akhtar, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Interior Minister Chaurdhry Nisar Ali Khan.
They all have decided to call it a day for MQM as we know it of today.
