Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah are first of their kind for visitors to the Holy city
DUBAI, UAE–(Marketwired / Asianet-Pakistan – August 27, 2013) – Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has unveiled a new addition to its growing residential collection, Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah, in Saudi Arabia. Featuring 316 new luxury residences for sale, the first of their kind in Makkah, the project is located directly above the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel.
The exclusive residences, a focal point of the Abraj Al Bait complex and part of the King AbdulAziz Endowment of The Two Holy Mosques, are managed and serviced by Fairmont and are currently available for both rental and sale for those travelling to the Holy City. In partnership with Fairmont, Emaar Middle East, a business subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC, has commenced the handover of the residences, which span 12 floors in the hotel.
The five-star residences are located on the Haram Plaza and have an expansive lobby with unparalleled views of the Holy Kaaba. Residence owners are also offered access to dining outlets and other facilities within the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, a truly iconic building that is one of the world’s tallest. The renowned 601 meter-high tower building is topped with a 130 meter clock that announces daily prayer times, and houses a lunar observation centre and an Islamic museum.
