All adults are welcome to discuss and plan another great year for Pack 459.
As another school year comes to an end, the fun in Scouting continues! Join us as we plan the upcoming calendar year (May 2015 – May 2016) for Pack 459.
We hope that all leaders will attend, as well as all parents with Scouts in the program.
Here are the details:
What: Pack 459’s annual planning meeting.
Date: Monday, May 4th
Time: 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM
Location: Smokejack in downtown Alpharetta (29 S Main St, Alpharetta, GA 30009) – in “Jack’s Attic”.
Food & Drink: Light beverages and snacks will be provided!
Who: All adults with Scouts in the program are invited.
Attire: CASUAL. Leaders: No Uniforms, please.
Note: This is a meeting for adults only, please.
At the meeting we will…
Have some fun getting to know everyone (why should the scouts be the only ones having all the fun??)
Discuss the “New” way of Cub Scouting
Provide a financial update
ID what went great, and what can be improved.
Run through the annual pack calendar (Overview)
Identify Pack volunteers and leaders
Review the Pack Calendar with event assignments, etc.
Adjourn / Social wrap-up.
