SEAPLANE TOUR OF DUBAI
We have visited Dubai a few times before, but this time it was special because we got to see Dubai from a whole new perspective. We took the seaplane tour of Dubai with a company called Seawings and it was one of the most stunning experiences we ever had! This is perfect and totally original way to explore Dubai and it is so exciting to see all its amazing landmarks from above.
THE TOUR
The staff members were very professional. We had to arrive to the Dubai Creek Golf Club, 30 min prior to departure, to have a short briefing on what to expect during the tour. They informed us what are the highlights of the tour, what are the safety precautions and what will we actually see during the 40 min tour. After the briefing we were escorted to the golf cart and driven to the seaplane, where the member of the crew took a few photos of us in front of the seaplane. We took a seat at the back of the plane with windows on both sides, where we had incredible views over the city. The takeoff went very smoothly and we were up in the air, flying above the breathtaking city of Dubai.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
We had a lovely weather with great visibility, so it was a perfect day for the seaplane tour. The highlights of the tour were definitely the amazing views of the iconic monuments. We started the flight over the old part of Dubai called Deira, where we saw Souqs in the distance and we continued the journey to Bur Dubai, Jumeirah beach and iconic Burj Al Arab. We also saw Burj Khalifa, The Palm Jumeirah and the famous Islands of the World. The views from above were really unforgettable and the journey over the azure clear waters was spectacular.
