The Phoenix area can look forward to another week of sunny skies.

Unlike last week, however, temperatures will be slightly above normal levels. An area of high pressure will be the dominant weather feature for most of the week, keeping rain and clouds out of the area and temperatures moderate.

Daily forecasts

Monday should be partly cloudy with highs from 67 to 70 degrees and lows from 42 to 48. The normal high for Jan. 18 is 67 degrees.

Look for partly sunny skies Tuesday with highs from 65 to 69 degrees Tuesday with lows from 43 to 50.

Wednesday should be mostly sunny with highs from 66 to 70 and lows in the 40s.

Thursday should be partly sunny with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s and lows from 45 to 50.
