HUSQVARNA AB (OTCMKTS:HUQVF) today announced that it will continue construction division in its current form and will form a new organization for the company’s forest and garden operations. The new organization, which follows the brand dimension, will gradually be implemented with a worldwide profit and loss responsibility and will be fully effective from January 1, 2015. The brand dimension will allow the company to differentiate three distinct business models and aligning them with the required leadership structure and operational resources. In addition, the approach will speed up the decision making process while establishing accountability with clear responsibilities and simplifying priorities. However, the group will ensure integrated synergistic operations where required, including technology, sourcing and logistics.

HUSQVARNA AB (OTCMKTS:HUQVF) will organize its forest and garden operations under three distinct business models, namely Husqvarna, Gardena and Consumer Brands. Husqvarna, including Zenoah, represents more than half of the company’s net sales and enjoys strong recognition across many different product segments. Pavel Hajman, who joined during the current month, will be heading this division.
