Onyx Insurance is a risk retention group with concentration in Tennessee and offices in San Francisco and New York City. Based in Nevada, Janus Cam will provide its latest generation “Janus V2HD” product to Onyx Insurance which will supply the product to its insured’s vehicles making it mandatory requirement to provide liability insurance.
The Janus V2HD is equipped with integrated Wi-Fi capability and provides GPS-based vehicle tracking, HD recordings of events inside and outside the vehicle, audio recording inside the vehicle, data uploads and video streaming to smart phones as well as client servers and a proprietary viewer application for risk analysis.
