Online Role Playing (RPG) games and Massively Multiplayer games have been transformed the way you have plated games online before. There was a time when online games were played by few people at a time. Today, Massively Multiplayer online games witness largest number of online players because game developers are using dedicated servers. Each player is playing today for the sake of interacting, meeting and competing with other players in the world of virtual fantasy. You can also develop an online game app and launch it in the market. Here’s how to do it.

1. First of all, imagine a world which features a huge community of online players. It should be large enough that it would like an island if it transformed to the real world. Design a story, such as warfare or politics, in the background and make different areas. In each area, there should be region of its own. Make a map separately to add it up to the huge world. The responsibility of running art resources will be laid on the computers of the players and a lot of computers of consumers will not be capable to run a whole world simultaneously.

Load each region only when players unlock it and line the edges of map with imperceptible entities which can shift the player to new region. Have a geographical sense of the virtual world and be sure to shift the players to appropriate areas once they come into contact of such entities. Program landscape objects to make it go smoother and faster for outdoor and spacious areas. This is known as LOD or Level of Detail.

2. Develop a system to create character. Include class and race and other wide separations. Delve the same in the trait system with which players are allowed to personalize the best detail. Make sure to keep facial features and body types customizable. Allow getting correct setting as desired by the player with a sliding bar and improve the variation of characters exponentially.

3. Plan a system where players can get rewarded when they succeed to complete levels and objectives. When the player reaches high level, make sure to make him even faster, stronger and powerful, according to his allocation of skill points like agility, dexterity, swordsmanship or strength.

4. Design independent regions of various types, from calm hamlets to intense war zones. For each map, get into the leading program and keep the combat benefits locked. In hunting grounds, make sure to prepare gameplay of player vs. environment and safe havens at the town. On the outskirts of town or battlegrounds, prepare player vs. player combat.

5. For players develop objectives to complete, from delivery quests to raids on the fortress of enemies, according to the difficulty levels. A lot of combat-based quests are designed in standalone maps.

6. For playing the game online, make sure to set them up on dedicated servers. Provide game files to the players when they buy a game as well as client application with which they can access your server. Allow them option for getting started at Royal Vegas.
