Press release: Attorney Taitz receives a FOIA response from NTSB . Attorney Orly Taitz is the only attorney who has active cases in trial courts dealing with Obama’s eligibility and Obama’s use of fabricate IDs and a stolen Social Security number
Attorney Taitz received a response from NTSB. NTSB states that investigation of the airplane accident which caused the crash of the plane, carrying Director of Health Fuddy and deputy Director Keith Yamamoto is still ongoing.
Taitz is a plaintiff in a case Taitz et al v Democratic party, Obama, Fuddy, Onaka, Astrue, Pelosi. 3:12-cv-00280-HTW-LRA
The case includes RICO cause of action stating that defendants engaged in a RICO conspiracy to commit fraud and place in the position of the US President a foreign agent who is using a stolen Connecticut Social Security number and fabricated IDs. Attorneys for the defense claimed that Fuddy’s death was an accident, they are also seeking to replace Fuddy as a defendant with Linda Rose, new Director of Health, however today’s letter from NTSB states that investigation is still ongoing and we do not know whether it was an accident. Further, claims that after the water landing Fuddy died due to stress related arrhythmia, are unsubstantiated. AP reporter Jennifer Sinco Keheller, who reported this, never provided a copy of the report and there is no evidence that she received a consent from any relative to obtain the autopsy report in the first place.
At this time, to the best of her knowledge, Attorney Taitz is the only attorney with active cases in trial courts dealing with Obama’s eligibility and his use of fabricated IDs and his use of a stolen CT Social Security number, as well as Fuddy controversy.
Taitz received today from a supporter a solicitation letter from another attorney, Mike Connelly, who claims to have multiple cases dealing with Obama and Fuddy. Taitz does not know of any active cases in any trial courts dealing with this issue by Connelly. She knows of only one case on behalf of one minor candidate which was already dismissed in the trial court in CA, and an appeal was submitted to CA court of Appeal. If any of the supporters received any such solicitation letters from Attorney Mike Connelly, please, ask him to provide the case numbers and docket report of cases dealing with Obama, which are being tried now in trial courts. If those cases exist, the public should know about them.
Taitz is conducting this litigation pro bono. Any donations are greatly appreciated and can be given either via pay-pal on this site or by mail at 29839 Santa Margarita, ste 100, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688
