If ever there was a restaurant hotbed in the making, Lake Nona would be it – it's so far away from everything that it's on the developers to provide entertainment for their residents, and they seem to be working to do just that. The Laureate Park section of the planned community will soon house a 300-seat lakeside restaurant, courtesy of the Tavistock Group (remember Timpano Chophouse?)…
