Zumper recently examined May’s median rent prices of one-bedroom homes in Los Angeles this fall. Here are its findings:

Over the past year, the price of two-bedroom units in L.A. has appreciated 11 percent.

Coastal Santa Monica, Venice and Marina del Rey were the most expensive areas to rent in this fall, with the median price for one-bedrooms ranging between $2,700 and $3,000 per month.

Just under the $1,000 threshold, Congress Central and Central Alameda were the most affordable neighborhoods.
