We’re gonna mark our calendars for Nov. 7, right now, because we do not want to miss StyleCon. O.C.’s beauty and fashion answer to ComicCon, StyleCon is a first of its kind day-long event featuring beauty and style brands as well as social media influencers, bloggers and fitness pros.

“We call them ‘Stylebrities’ ,” says StyleCon managing director and co-founder Robyn Grant.

Grant and  co-founder Irene Martino, Newport Beach-based entrepreneurs, created StyleCon to be a platform for all things style and beauty, an event where brands, fans, social media and style stars can come together for a day.

Included in the price of a ticket ($29-$79) are goodie bags with full sized beauty products ($100-$150 worth); a chance to shop at a pop-up Topshop boutique featuring fall fashions and a section where shoppers can get their jeans hand-distressed; a beauty bar presented by Tustin-based Sleekhair, a beauty e-tailer; makeovers by Blushington and blow-outs by Blowtini.

In the center of it all will be the style stage hosted by popular OC blogger Alyssa Battaglia Denny (Living in Style OC).

Denny will moderate panels and discussions on everything from blogging and social media tips to how to shoot the perfect “flat lay” and more. Panelists include a bevy of OC bloggers such as Kathleen Barnes from Carrie Bradshaw Lied (spotlighted with other fashion bloggers in our November issue, on newsstands next week!) and Amanda Nguyen of Feast Fashion Faves.

In between panels, The Fit with Cambrie workout team will take the stage several times throughout the day, featuring emerging lifestyle guru Cambrie Schroder.

Hungry style fans can feast at food trucks and enjoy free snacks from SkinnyPop and VitaCoco.
