BroEx, India’s largest network of real estate brokers, is partnering with JLL Residential Services, India’s premier professional services firm, to deliver exclusive deals and consultancy services.

The move comes just a few days after JLL has launched a new prime property website, www.jllr.co.in.

There is a strong demand supply gap in the market, with buyers unable to find the apt residential inventory or sellers, BroEx and JLL India points out.

This alliance will connect customers, brokers and developers, and back the efforts of home search with quality on-ground distribution supported with an automated sales process.

The partners aim to build a strong, comprehensive distribution network of more than 80,000 brokers that will also benefit buyers.

Ashwinder Raj Singh, Chief Executive Officer – Residential Services, JLL India says, “With the launch of our new portal http://www.jllr.co.in and alliance with BroEx, we now offer a unique blend of online-offline services. To cater to the demand generated in the newer micro-markets, this alliance helps us build scale and distribution network.

“Our vision is to serve our customers more effectively by keeping their convenience in mind and providing Grade A developers with a robust deal closure pipeline. Our final objective is to create an ecosystem which has a positive impact on all stakeholders – developers, customers as well as channel partners.”

Pallav Pandey, the founder of BroEx, says, “By partnering with JLL, BroEx gets access to great deals and best-in-class project diligence to deliver fabulous choices to customers.”

As OPP.Today reported previously, BroEx helps builders sell their ready-to-move inventory through 80,000-plus brokers. BroEx operates via a networking app which aims to support real estate brokers by finding inventories and requirements with trusted brokers in and beyond their network.

The new BroEx brokers app has only been around for a few months, but it has already made waves in the Indian real estate sector by setting out to solve the huge problem of ‘fake data’.

Since being launched in March 2015, the mobile app has now attracted around 45,000 brokers, which it says is the largest network of brokers in India, and is linking up with realtor associations, including the New Delhi, Association of Certified Realtors of India.

The free app features a property listings feed and search facility, auto match alerts and broker networking options. Properties can be listed without client details being shared.

JLL is India’s premier and largest professional services firm, has offices in 11 cities – Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kochi, Chandigarh and Coimbatore – and more than 8,400 staff.

The firm provides investors, developers, local corporates and multinational companies with a comprehensive range of services. It was named Property Consultant of the Decade in the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2016.
