To put it in polite terms, how does she maintain such fab abs?

 

The 34-year-old has given birth to two sons, 9-year-old Ryder and 2-year-old Bingham, yet she manages to stay so fit and trim that she’s flawless even while prancing around the beach in a bikini.

 

She’s long been open about her secret — Pilates sessions several times a week — but now she might be ready to share her moves with the world. The “Glee” actress was spotted sporting workout gear as she filmed what appeared to be a Pilates video on the beach in Santa Barbara, California, on Thursday.

 

As Bing and Bellamy looked on, Hudson struck poses aimed at strengthening her core, which she learned from her good friend and trainer of 15 years, Nicole Stuart.

 

Although Pilates is effective, Stuart has explained that it’s just one aspect of her star client’s fitness routine. “We do Pilates for an hour, three times a week. If she’s prepping for something it will be more,” Stuart told Shape magazine last month. “We always combine cardio — like a mile run — before a Pilates class. On off days, she’ll meet me for yoga or a spin class.”

 

A fitness video would make Hudson an up-and-coming lifestyle guru. She’s set to debut a collection of sportswear she designed in collaboration with JustFab in October, and she already designed a small collection for women’s clothing store Ann Taylor.
