So much to love in this Gatekeepers Museum Lake Tahoe wedding by Matt and Jentry: Photographers! One of my favorite pieces is the floral mismatched bridesmaid dresses. It doesn’t get much better than that and they look absolutely gorgeous in them. I’m also loving that the groom is in a floral tie. How unique is that?!?

Abby + Adam

From the photographers: From Southern California, Abby and Adam decided to exchange their vows in gorgeous Lake Tahoe, CA on a beautiful summer day in August. They were married at the Gatekeeper’s Museum in Tahoe City, and they gave their (mostly) out-of-town guests a beautiful Lake Tahoe experience to treasure forever.

Abby and Adam’s first look near the shore of Lake Tahoe is one of the very sweetest first looks that Matt and I have ever captured. I honestly had to hold back tears as Abby and Adam held back theirs! Following their first look, the Ketubah signing was where Abby and Adam were surrounded by their dearest family and friends, for an emotional prelude to their lakefront Jewish ceremony. Their reception followed, with lots of dancing into the evening underneath dim string lights, including the hora!

The eclectic and rustic wildflower details fit perfectly in this wedding’s lakefront setting at the Gatekeeper’s Museum. Abby is a baker and actually made the lovely little white cakes at each guest’s table, and Abby’s friends and family also helped with many details, including the wildflower napkin assembly for each place setting.

Abby and Adam, ridiculously in love, brought their Southern California flair to Tahoe and created an incredibly joyous wedding day that we were lucky enough to photograph!
