My name is Allan Siema and I am the founder of On The Come Up TV. I have been working in grassroots music for the last 10 years. I worked in artist management and events initially. Throughout my experiences, I found that it was extremely difficult to get musicians that I was working with on prominent sites unless you had a large budget for PR. And even with a great PR, there was no guarantee that you would get featured after spending £1,000 plus a month. I felt that talent was something that needed nurturing and assurance rather than tearing them down with negative opinions. So I began onthecomeuptv.com as a way to discover new talent and to educate, empower and most importantly create a positive gateway to do this. My passion has always been to see brand new musicians breakthrough to the next level. After all, we need to have a stream of fresh talent coming in and giving the audience a different take on music, which I believe is fantastic. I have been running the site with the help of various volunteers over the years and have to say that I am totally grateful for their contribution. I also want to thank all the artists along the way that have supported what I am doing. I have reached a point where I would like to see On The Come Up TV do more and reach more people globally. I am reaching out to everyone of you who visits my website to please donate as much as you can in order for me to continue growing the website and also employ a dedicated team of people that will do more for the great up and coming musicians that are hungry to break through and make a difference with their beautiful art.
