The SkyVue Apartments Leasing Office located at 120 McKee Place opened on Monday, November 2. The building, formerly North Way Christian Community Center, went through a total renovation adding in office space and including amenities that the units, themselves, will contain. The Leasing Office and the actual SkyVue Apartment complex are projects of Massaro Corporation. Denissa Visconti, Community Manager, is pleased to see the SkyVue construction process is on track and welcomes everyone to visit their brand new leasing office.
“These SkyVue units will have everything: resident parking, a 24-hour fitness center… these apartments are even pet friendly equipped with a pet walking area and even a pet washing station!” said Visconti. “It’s been a lot of work, but we’re excited to see it all up and running with its 389 units!” she continued. SkyVue Apartments plans to open its doors in summer of 2016.
Megan Shaner, Leasing Consultant at SkyVue is happy with the new work space. “This space is beautiful – a great atmosphere to work in… We love being located right here in Oakland!” said Shaner. “All this planning and all these details make me want to see the final product now. I really can’t wait to see the completed SkyVue Apartments.” Shaner continued.
The SkyVue Apartments will be located at 3333 Forbes Avenue, and will have entrances on both the Forbes and Fifth Avenue sides!
Amenities include: granite countertops, wood floors in common areas, plush carpeted bedrooms, kitchens, studio 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, washers & dryers, patios and balconies. Community areas are also throughout: aforementioned fitness facility, parking, pet-friendly areas and amenities, conference spaces, retail space, the SkuVue lounge, outdoor grills and kitchen, and a courtyard and terrace.
