Responsibilities will include:
Sales Product presentations
Build and manage relationships with all types of customers using an honest and ethical approach.
Routinely communicate and interact directly with the Store Manager, Installation Manager, installers as needed and comply with store and company policies and guidelines
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store and the associate's specific area
Active involvement in ensuring timely and accurate material ordering, billing, job completion and collection of payment or financing within company guidelines.
Order and proposal creation
Call previous customers
Meet and exceed sales goals

Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:
Flooring experience a must.
Able to interface with peers, all store personnel, suppliers, and installers
Experience and comfort or willingness to actively deal with service issues
Good organizational skills and follow-up routines
Basic computer skills or typing needed to record entries, calculate and produce documents as required
Language requirements include reading, writing and the ability to clearly communicate in English
Maintain a professional appearance
