Earlier this week, Nialler tweeted the band’s hair/makeup stylist Lou Teasdale, so we knew what was to come.

We just didn’t know what we were expecting.
The last thing we’ve seen him do with his ‘do is go lilac during 1D Day. But in the past we’ve seen him try out different styles with his natural brunette shade and the blond that he bleaches to get.
As far as cuts go, there have been various ones that we can think of. There’s the kind of flat surfer boy ‘do that he had during the X-Factor. He’s had the floppy mop that fell over his forehead the first year(ish?) that the band was formed. He had the masterpiece of random pieces that stuck up to the side. Then, the last style we saw him with, he had the quiff. We will admit that we loved the quiff the most.
His newest cut has caught us a bit off guard, we will admit, but he’s Niall, and we’ll love him no matter what he does with his hair.
Besides, he went to someone who obviously knows what she’s doing. And while it might look strange to us because we don’t often see Niall with bangs, we’re rather excited to see what it looks like when (and if!) he decides to style it up like his infamous quiff.
There have been mixed reactions to it on Twitter. Some, actually a lot of people, have compared his new hairstyle to that of Miley Cyrus. Though none of the comments that we’ve seen were negative.

We don’t think he ‘pulled a Miley’ like everyone else does. Especially considering Niall usually wears his hair up.
