Looks like Minneapolis attorneys Clayton Halunen and Scott Carlson are scouring records in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota in their lawsuit against Globe University / Minnesota School of Business.

Carlson told me officials in South Dakota notified him they don’t keep any such records.
