**Overview**

Sell ACS Specialty Pharmacy brand services within the Hepatolgy/GI market to Physicians, Nurses and Administrators in group practices, alternative sites, and hospital physician markets. Build and maintain new relationships with physician staff, manufacturer representatives and healthcare professionals to increase referrals and grow new revenue within the Hepatlogy/GI market. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and referral goals that contribute to the overall success of ACS Specialty Pharmacy (SP) business.

**Responsibilities**

+ Target prospective Hepatology / GI physician practices interested in SP services in order to drive market penetration.

+ Drive script referral volume to the ACS pharmacy by presenting the value of ACS services to RN’s, Physicians, and Social Workers in the Hepatology/GI market.

+ Proactively anticipate and respond to client needs throughout the sales process

+ Achieve ACS quarterly sales objectives

+ Provide market feedback to management regarding sales trending, competitive presence, opportunities and threats.

+ Assist in the development of strategic value proposition strategies and initiatives to drive business within the Hepatology/GI segment.

+ Partner with operations to build and execute processes essential to patient retention.

+ Maintain and grow relationships with key Hepatology/GI manufacturers

+ Attend Regional and National trade shows

+ Forecast and manage pipeline opportunities for growth within the Hepatology/GI segment. Utilize customer relationship management software as appropriate.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related experience

+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hepatology / GI sales to physician clinics/ group practices

+ proven experience cultivating key relationships within the Hepatology / GI manufacturer industry

+ Proven ability to influence key stakeholders

+ Knowledge of specialty pharmacy

+ Excellent written and oral communication skils

+ Exceptional time management and organization skills

+ Exceptional business acumen and sense of urgency

+ Clean driving record

+ Travel up to 50% of time

**Additional Skills:**

+ Clinical Expertise within the Hepatology / GI market

**Physical Demands:**

May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.
