IAF Group X Exam Paper Pattern:
Group 'X' (Technical) Trades: In Group X Technical trade, candidates will be tested in subjects of English, Physics and Mathematics. The time limit of the written test is 60 minutes.
Group 'X' (Education Instructor) Trades: Candidates need to attempt 02 papers (Objective type and descriptive type paper). The objective type paper will contain sections of General English, General Awareness and Current Affairs. The descriptive type paper is aimed at testing language comprehension and power of expression. The time limit of both these papers is 40 and 35 minutes respectively.
Written Test will be objective type and question paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi), except for English paper. Written test will be based on CBSE up to class XII syllabus. Applicants need to get qualify in each paper/test separately.
Indian Air Force Group Y Exam Paper Pattern-
Group 'Y' (Non-Technical) Trades: Applicants are tested in English and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). Duration of written test will be 45 minutes.
Group 'Y' (Musician) Trades:- Aspirants are tested in English dictation and proficiency to play the musical instrument applied for.
Written Test will be objective type and question paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi), except for English paper. Written test will be based on CBSE syllabus up to class XII syllabus. Applicants will have to get qualify in each paper/test separately. We are telling that result of written test will declared on the same day after declaration officially.
