Faststream has partnered with one of the world's leading maritime services providers. They are searching for a Regional Trade Auditor to be responsible for regional trade voyage financial control. This exciting opportunity has competitive compensation package ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 and excellent benefits!
Responsibilities for the Regional Trade Auditor include:
Internal/external auditing of fleet
Control and review voyage pre-estimate production in region
Produce and maintain voyage estimates including:
Freight revenues / HAIIA / Manifest.
Freight Commission control.
Transshipment expenses - control and allocation between voyages.
Bunkers, final calculation, speed & performance calculations.
Chartering hire expenses
Control and analysis of actual vs. estimates.
Develop Oracle BI reports for analysis of trade and voyages.
General cost control and yield analysis
General revenue control and analysis including
Maintenance of Tariff and Contract summaries
Periodic audit of manifests Trade results & contribution analysis
Estimate Approval- General cost control- General account maintenance & reconciliation
Volume Discount (USAF) calculation, entry, and audit
US Flag specific entries and maintenance
Requirements for the Regional Trade Auditor include:
Strong analytical abilities to ensure accuracy of number
Maritime Accounting background preferred
Ability to work in both a team and independently
Self-motivated
Excellent communications skills, both written and oracle
Oracle BI / Business Web/ MS office & Lotus Notes: strong experience
